Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to AlfaRey.
AlfaRey operates this online store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services made available to you through our store (collectively, the “Services”).
Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer our products and Services to you.

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from AlfaRey.

An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully processed and we confirm the order.
You are responsible for reviewing your order information carefully before completing checkout.
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after it has entered processing or has been shipped.
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, available through our website.
Purchases made through AlfaRey are intended primarily for personal or household use unless otherwise agreed in writing.
SECTION 4 — PRICES, PAYMENTS, AND BILLING
All prices displayed on our store are shown in the currency indicated at checkout.
Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability may change without prior notice.
The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors.
Unless otherwise stated, listed prices may not include taxes, duties, customs charges, or other government-imposed fees that may apply depending on the destination and applicable law.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information.
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted for your purchase.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as PayPal or other payment processors made available through our checkout.
AlfaRey does not directly store your complete payment card information when payment processing is handled by an authorized third-party payment provider.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders may be fulfilled and shipped through third-party logistics and fulfillment partners, including international fulfillment locations.
Shipping methods, estimated processing times, tracking availability, and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping delays may occur due to carrier operations, customs procedures, weather, holidays, high-demand periods, address issues, government actions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If you discover an address error, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but we cannot guarantee that shipping information can be modified once an order has entered processing.
If an order is lost, damaged, significantly delayed, or otherwise affected during delivery, please contact us so that we can investigate and determine an appropriate solution.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer protection law.
SECTION 6 — RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND 30-DAY POLICY
Eligible purchases may be returned or refunded in accordance with our 30-Day Return & Refund Policy.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Products should not be returned to an address shown on the original shipping package unless AlfaRey specifically instructs you to use that address.
Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method.
Processing times after a refund is issued may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, PayPal, or other payment provider.

SECTION 10 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
AlfaRey is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce technology used to operate our online store.
However, purchases made through AlfaRey are transactions directly between you and AlfaRey.
Shopify is not the seller of products offered by AlfaRey and is not responsible for the fulfillment, quality, delivery, returns, refunds, customer support, or other aspects of transactions between AlfaRey and its customers, except to the extent Shopify separately provides services directly to you under its own terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

AlfaRey may assign or transfer its rights and obligations as part of a legitimate business transfer, restructuring, or service arrangement, subject to applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Guatemala, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to customers in their place of residence.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive a consumer of protections or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
Any dispute will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the jurisdictional rules that legally apply to the parties.
